Based out of beautiful Durango, Colorado... We at FOTB live by the motto #traintobebadass. We attain fitness through learning skills. Whether it be your first pull up, push up, handstand, a new personal best in the gym, or on the track...we are always working towards new goals.
What we DO NOT DO: We do not measure our fitness by a number on a scale. Weight loss and strength gains happen on their own when you are achieving things you never thought possible.
